Track your Gold Pack!
Once we receive your gold pack at our state of the art facility, we can provide you with an updated status on your package.
- Find your customer number and package id on the pre-paid return envelope that arrived in your pack. You can also find them in your confirmation email.

Please consider that it can take three to five business days from the day you mail your pack to the day we receive your pack at our facility.
